 Our
Chairman,
Trent R. Voigt, has been a technology
advisor to leading transaction processing companies
since 1986. Mr. Voigt held the position of CEO and
President of Triumphant Enterprises, Inc. from 1990
through 1999, and engineered the company's sale
to Dallas-based e-commerce solutions provider Vectrix.com,
where he served as Executive Vice President. He
is a graduate of Baylor University with a B.S. in
Computer Engineering. As Chairman, Mr. Voigt is
responsible for the overall direction of the company
and serves as a technology advisor to the company
specifically to assist with product integration
and technical planning.

 Our
Chief Financial Officer,
Cyndi Wagner, is presently
Chief Financial Officer of Providence Interactive
Capital, LLC and oversees finance and operations
for all subsidiary companies. Her twenty-year career
in the field of finance includes experience in the
technology, telecommunications, broadcasting, manufacturing,
energy and retail industries. Ms. Wagner has held
Controller and CFO positions with companies in the
emerging and growth sectors, served as Internal
Audit Manager for Zale Corporation and Senior Auditor
at Deloitte and Touche. Ms. Wagner graduated cum
laude from the University of Texas at Dallas and
completed the CPA exam shortly thereafter. As Chief
Financial Officer of JetPay Merchant Services, LLC, Ms.
Wagner manages oversight of all finance and accounting
operations, human resources administration and corporate
affairs. |

 Our
Vice President for Strategy & Planning,
John
R. Paine, is a Dallas, Texas-based private investor
who serves as President and CEO of Providence Interactive
Capital, LLC. Providence invests in early stage
first and second rounds of funding for new technology
startups. Mr. Paine is also a partner in Eaton Mews,
LLC, a later stage investor in more mature companies
and serves as general partner for a real estate
holding company. Mr. Paine has purchased, added
value to, and sold companies his entire career.
He began in commercial construction, and diversified
into transportation, distribution, warehousing,
manufacturing and plastics. As the new era of business
modeling unfolded, he moved into telephony, Internet
related technologies, and technology support services.
Mr. Paine graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University
in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building
Construction. As Vice President of JetPay Merchant
Services,
LLC, Mr. Paine provides strategic, technical and
financial direction. |
