Transactional Technologies Announce Visa CISP® Compliance
June 28th, 2004

Dallas, TX – Transactional Technologies LLC, the Dallas-based payment services provider and developer of JetPay™, a suite of payment transaction processing solutions, was declared Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) compliant after evaluation by Visa®. CISP is a set of 12 industry-wide requirements designed to protect sensitive information from being compromised.

CISP was developed for merchants and service providers who process, store, or transmit cardholder data. Any merchant or service provider who processes and/or stores cardholder data is vulnerable to compromise; CISP reflects Visa’s longstanding commitment to information security.

Transactional Technologies is a payment processing company that showcases product solutions through their JetPay™ software. JetPay™ offers an array of processing services and features to fit any business, and can be developed and deployed as a solution that addresses the specific needs of each individual merchant.

“Acceptance by Visa for CISP compliance is an important step for Transactional Technologies,” said Jerry Gray, Vice President of Operations at Transactional Technologies. “Because JetPay is dominant in the recurring payment space, secure storage of cardholder data storage is critical. JetPay™ not only specializes in optimally processing recurring payment data, we also manage the information securely.”

"CISP compliance is a Visa seal of approval that notifies our clients that we value their information, and are willing to constantly work to keep it protected,” said Trent Voigt, Chairman of Transactional Technologies. CISP compliance requires a yearly re-evaluation to maintain compliance and recognition. “Our payment system is built on software that can keep pace with rapidly changing processing requirements to provide clients with a competitive advantage.”
