Typical AVS sends only match or no-match data responses to the participating merchant that reflect the cardholder’s zip code or address on file with their issuing bank. Merchants then manually review each case, deciding whether to fulfill the sale. JetPay™ engineers have developed decision-based criteria that automates approval or denial by using business rules requested by the merchant.
